Haha, I've been waiting for you to upload these! I still have (and seed) the 1.5 CGI cutscenes.

Could you give a little more info on how you got these? Are these captured with a capture device or straight from the disc?

Cutscenes directly from the disk image (video without re-encoding).

Unfortunately, compression quality is worse than the Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX.
